There was certainly a buzz in the school community when we came to bury the Falcons time capsule this month.
The girls came up with the idea in the Summer Term as a way to honour the challenges of living through lockdown, ‘School in the Cloud’ and dealing with social distancing and got the ball rolling following a school council meeting.
The capsule’s contents included Falcons tartan face masks, hand sanitiser, 1m and 2m piece of string, diary entries from lockdown, photos of Zoom lessons, pasta and toilet roll (after the lockdown hoarding fiasco!), newspaper articles and other memories of the pandemic.
