Going For Gold: A Virtual Falcons Sports Day

I was delighted to wake up on Thursday morning and see the sun shining—the perfect Sports Day weather. Even though this year was to be different from any we have experienced, I knew that the day would be fun and full of enthusiasm.

Peregrines Nursery pupils and Falcons girls love their sports and as the afternoon’s events set into action, I received photos and videos of colourful pupils from all houses taking on their year group’s events.

From the dressing-up race in Early Years, obstacle races in Years 1-2 and more demanding physical challenges in Years 3-6, the effort, fun and will to win for their team were all evident. Thank you to all the pupils and families that made an afternoon of the event yesterday to support our Sports Day.
